I would like to inform the applicants that there can be a possibility to postpopne the 2020 UNFCCC-GIR-CASTT programme on GHGs at the end of the year, if the crisis does not calm down until June. The suggestion has been taken in recognition of the increasing challenges posed by travel restrictions and quarantine measures taken travelling to the Republic of Korea. We will try to notify you if any decision is made as soon as possible.
