This report contains the results of the first compliance year of 2021 of Phase Ⅲ (Jan. 2021 to Aug. 2022) for the Korean Emissions Trading System (K-ETS). It analyzes the allocation, trading and surrender of emission permits for covered entities designed in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the Act on the Allocation and Trading of Greenhouse Gas Emission Permits.
