I feel proud of being one of the participants of “The 12th UNFCCC-GIR-CASTT Programme on Greenhouse Gases”, being held in Seoul South Korea (23 July to 13 August 2022).

First of all, I was fascinated by seeing two long-waited representatives on behalf of the training programme secretariat standing at the Incheon airport gate to help me in every aspect of life in Seoul.
Receiving a traditional welcome from them, seeing their compassionate eyes, and escorting one to the health check center will certainly put a permanent imprint on one’s mind.
Moreover, you may forget all the hustle and bustle of life while traveling by subway from Incheon airport to Seoul (Dongdaemun History and Culture Park Station) by seeing the river (Han), hills, and eye-catching landscapes of Korea.





On the first day of training, I felt honored by seeing myself among many dynamic professionals in greenhouse gas emission inventories of different sectors from different nations of the globe.
We got to know each other with the help of secretariat staff.
After attending all training classes of the day - keynote lectures (Climate Change Negotiation Partners) and Transparency Framework MPGs of the Paris Agreement – we enjoyed a wonderful dinner at a posh restaurant by eating different Korean and Chinese cuisines with lots of fun. 
I believe that the training programme will help develop my both professional and social skills together.
