The Greenhouse Gas Inventory & Research Center of Korea (GIR) will hold 2020 UNFCCC-GIR-CASTT Programme on GHGs in collaboration with the Secretariat of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) in Seoul, Korea. The programme will begin from June 29 to July 22, 2020 and looking for candidates who have passionate interests in combating climate change and working on GHG inventory compilation. 

Key programme contents and eligibility requirements are as follows :

 - Reporting and Review under the UNFCCC and Paris AGreement
 - GHG inventory compilation
 - Sectoral GHG estimation methodology
 - GHG projections
 - Hands on Excercise

[Eligibility Requirements]
 - Current government officials, consultants and researchers who has the relevant experience in GHGs or climate change response-related field
 - Entry-mid level preferred
 - Bachelor's degree or higher
 - Capability to understand lectures and give presentations in English (Candidates may be administered an English test via phone)
​ - Individuals with an intermediate IT profiency
