I spent my last Sunday in Seoul in the most relaxing way. 
Started my day with a very healthy breakfast at a restaurant called Jamba Juice. The energy bowl from this place was full of colors and nutrition. 
Post breakfast I explored the Dongdaemun Markets for some local shopping. I visited the nearby shopping malls – Hyundai and Doota Mall.

After some shopping, I started working on the presentations which are scheduled for next week for the sectors Waste and LULUCF. 
In the evening, I decided to visit an Indian restaurant called Pooja Restaurant to have an Indian meal. The restaurant offered a scrumptious meal and gave me a reminiscence of my country India. I tried ‘Cholle bhature’ at the restaurant.  I was also surprised to see a lot of Korean people enjoying the Indian meal.

Lastly, I ended my day by taking a walk around the Dongdaemun Design Plaza.

As a person with great interest in vegan and vegetarian meals, I find journals of yours and Gurveen with photos of a variety of such foods very fascinating and informative. I shall explore dishes you had (especially at Pooja Restaurant!) one by one and try to gradually switch to a plant-based meal. Thankfully, as vegan and vegetarian population is increasing in Korea, it seems more and more options are being offered. I wish a day of enjoying a wonderful vegan meal with you when we have a reunion!
