  Coordinator’s comments: I am glad that this training programme opened a door for new experience for you, Athra. Korean cuisine must be considerably different to what you have in UAE and it is indeed encouraging that you tried some dish e.g. kimchi despite unfamiliarity with Korea’s commonly used ingredients and spices. I am happy to see that you did not let your chance slip by. Hopefully I will have my opportunity to experience UAE in the not-too-distant future. |
