On November 6, 2015, Dr. Christopher Frey had a seminar at GIR on Uncertainty in Emissions Estimates.
 
Dr. Frey is a distinguished professor at North Carolina State University and one of the lead authors of 2006 IPCC Guidelines for National Greenhouse Gas Inventories.
