    Coordinator’s comments: Mr. Leandro is a very experienced expert and also a great instructor, this was what I could tell from his lecture materials and how he proceeded with lectures. I am pleased to know that we are on the same page about great impact Mr. Leandro has had on everyone. Apart from learning aspect, it would have been better if the hotel restaurant changed some menus for more various options for long stay guests like our trainees. We will take into consideration such issue and try to offer improved approaches in the next programmes. Thank you for your feedback Everlyn! |
