    Coordinator’s comments: I remember that it was a big surprise for me to know that your schedule for the first day off in Korea was hiking to Bukhansan Mountain. And here comes with another surprise, a day trip to Nami Island. Almost all trainees do not travel outside Seoul because assumably they are pretty much happy with exploring every corner of Seoul to spend their weekend. Your journal on this day is definitely going to be a memorable one since the island has been one of my options for a short trip for quite some time but never selected as my final choice and thus I haven't been there myself until now. Looking at pictures from the villages, a very nice lunch pizza, animals and beautiful scenery for a walk, it was worth it regardless of the weather to refreshen yourself away from Seoul. |
