   Coordinator’s comments: I assume that most countries excluding those which already have strong institutional arrangements and very much competent in reporting GHG inventory face same, if not similar, challenges. In that regard, I came up with a question which is, can we address such challenges if only financing is available and guaranteed. This question is definitely the one I would like to raise and discuss with everyone if I have another chance to meet with national representatives. Hopefully we can talk about it when we meet next time, Pamela. By the way, did you get something nice at the Mall? It is the best place to have some fun and enjoy the atmosphere while saving ourselves from rain when the weather is not very favorable outside. Now I wonder if you had some time to visit the Namsan Tower before you leave Korea. |
